Meeting Rooms
Sarah Bernhardt
This room reflects the classic style and elegance that is truly unique to Montreal. From the moment you step into this room, you will be struck by the rich woodwork and warm, luxurious tapestries (drapes?).
Vieux-Montréal (Old Montreal)
This enormous room with a view features three sweeping windows overlooking Vieux-Montréal. The natural light and warm décor, features shared by all rooms in the historic Nordheimer section of the hotel, make this a stunning window on the world for your dinners, cocktails, soirées and special ceremonies.
Vieux-Port
This room, similar in style, but smaller than the Vieux-Montréal, is often used in conjunction with the larger room. It is the ideal venue for business lunches, small meetings or dinner cocktails.
Saint-Jacques
The spacious foyer is often used for coffee breaks during meetings held in this versatile room. Whether you prefer a theatre or classroom style, the Saint-Jacques room can accommodate most meeting set-ups.
Saint-Louis and Saint-Jean-Baptiste
These are ideal breakout rooms. The large windows bathe the room in natural light, making meetings truly illuminating. They can also accommodate a luncheon or cocktail party.
Saint-Pierre and Saint-Gabriel
These versatile rooms, with beautiful picture windows, are well suited for meetings, receptions, breakfasts, lunches or dinners.
Saint-Antoine and Sainte-Hélène
These conference rooms, with their large picture windows, are ideal for Board of Director meetings. Each room is equipped to welcome 12 people, complete with a conference table and extremely comfortable chairs. A working lunch can also be served here.
Saint-François-Xavier and Saint-Paul
These two function rooms, often rented together, share a private foyer. They are ideal for meeting and luncheon requirements or as a breakout facility. The versatile foyer can be used for coffee breaks or buffet lunches.
Saint-Alexandre
The light pours in this unique, oval-shaped room, completely surrounded by interior windows and softly illuminated by several overhead skylights. This room is mainly used for meetings and cocktail receptions.
La Cave, Les Voûtes, Les Huîtres
The historic Nordheimer building, home to most of our function rooms, is built over three magnificent stone vaults dating back to the mid-18th century. Now elegantly restored, these vaults create unique settings for intimate receptions and gatherings.
Beautifully painted frescos are the stunning centerpieces that make la Cave a truly spectacular room. Originally conceived as a wine bar, it is now used for small receptions and gastronomic dinners.
Les Voûtes, the largest of the three vaults, comfortably accommodates luncheons and dinners. It is also used for wedding ceremonies prior to receptions held elsewhere in the hotel.
Les Huîtres is the perfect setting for a small reception, oyster party or cigar lounge.
Saint-Laurent
This venue is perfect for meetings. Its symmetric shape lends itself well to many different meeting set-ups and is located near the hotel main entrance for easy access. Its large foyer is perfect for coffee breaks and buffet luncheons.
Maisonneuve
This magnificently appointed room is the ideal choice for a large reception or elegant dinner. The two mirrored columns reflect the attractive surroundings and the spacious foyer is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails.
