Sarah Bernhardt Ballroom
This exquisite room reflects a tradition of classical style and elegance unparalleled in Montréal. The minute you step into Sarah Bernhardt, the rich wood detail, along with the warm, lush fabrics, set the mood. For medium-size banquets or any style of meeting, this function room is the ideal choice.

Vieux-Montréal
What catches your eye when you first walk into the Vieux-Montréal are the three spectacular bay windows looking out into Old Montréal. The natural light and warm décor, consistent with all rooms located in the historic Nordheimer section of the hotel, make this room perfect for dinner, cocktails or a formal meeting set-up.

Vieux-Port
Smaller than the Vieux-Montréal but similar in design, this room is often used in conjunction with it. The ideal venue for business lunches, small meetings or pre-dinner cocktails.
Saint-Jacques
This room enjoys a spacious foyer, often used for coffee breaks. Theatre or classroom style, the Saint-Jacques easily accommodates most meeting set-ups.

Saint-Louis and Saint-Jean Baptiste
These are ideal breakout rooms. The signature windows allow natural light to pour in, somehow making meetings more enjoyable. They can also accommodate a small luncheon or cocktail party.

Saint-Pierre and Saint-Gabriel
These versatile rooms, with beautiful picture windows, are well suited for meetings, receptions, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Saint-Antoine and Sainte-Hélène
These are our two dedicated boardrooms. Both with picture windows, they are the ideal location for a business meeting. Custom conference tables in each room accommodate 12 people in extremely comfortable executive chairs. These rooms are large enough to allow a working lunch to be brought in, if required.

Saint-François Xavier and Saint-Paul
Often rented together, these two function rooms share a private foyer. They are ideal for meeting and luncheon requirements or they provide a breakout facility in close proximity. The foyer is multifunctional for coffee breaks or buffet lunches.

Saint-Alexandre
This unique, oval-shaped room is totally surrounded by interior windows. It enjoys natural light as it is situated directly under one of our several skylights. This room is used almost exclusively for meetings and cocktail receptions.
La Cave, Les Voûtes, Les Huîtres
The historic Nordheimer building, which houses the majority of our function rooms, is built over three magnificent stone vaults that date back to the mid-18th century. Now elegantly restored, these vaults are unique settings for intimate receptions and gatherings. La Cave is a spectacular room with beautiful painted frescos. Conceived as a wine bar, it is now used for small receptions and gastronomic dinners. It is also used for wedding ceremonies. Les Voûtes, the largest of the three vaults, easily accommodates luncheons and dinners. It is also used for wedding ceremonies prior to receptions held elsewhere in the hotel. Les Huîtres provides the perfect setting for a small reception, oyster party or cigar lounge.

Saint-Laurent
This venue is best used as a meeting room. Its symmetric shape lends itself well to many different meeting set-ups. It is located near the hotel main entrance, allowing easy access. It has a large foyer ideally suited for coffee breaks and buffet luncheons.

Maisonneuve
This beautifully appointed room is the perfect setting for a large reception or elegant dinner. The two mirrored columns reflect the attractive surroundings. The spacious foyer is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails.
