Nordheimer Terrace opens its doors to the public
Summer’s here, the weather’s nice, the days are getting longer, and the 5 à 7 season can finally begin! It’s well known that Montreal is renowned for its many outdoor terraces. In addition to special cocktails and dining options, some even offer panoramic views of the city from building rooftops or elevated balconies. The Nordheimer Terrace at Montreal’s InterContinental Hotel is just such a space. From the top of the 6th floor, it overlooks the city and offers a breathtaking view of the noble and historic architecture of the streets and monuments of Old Montreal.
Privatize your space all summer long
The Nordheimer terrace is renowned for its elegant, relaxed atmosphere, designed for enjoying a drink or a meal. Exclusively this summer, it will be open to the general public on a private basis. InterContinental Montreal is offering you the chance to privatize this coveted urban landscape. It’s the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing with friends, to celebrate special occasions with family, to unwind from work with colleagues, or simply to break the daily routine. Because in addition to the breathtaking views, the Nordheimer terrace offers a selection of drinks, including cocktails inspired by the moment, as well as a menu of light dishes or full catering options. Every day, in fine weather during the warmer season, you can reserve your space for private events for small or large groups. The hotel will be happy to customize your reception to suit your needs.
What you need to know
The Nordheimer Terrace is open to small and large private groups every day and on weekday evenings by reservation only. Depending on your catering needs, you can request the regular à la carte menu, opt for banquet service or choose the summer “BBQ and Grill” option. The chef then grills the meal on the terrace for an original, upscale experience. At the bar, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails is available at all times.
The hotel is directly linked to the underground city and the Square Victoria and Place-d’Armes metro stations, so you can plan your transport and travel arrangements. Parking is also available, with or without on-site valet parking.
